#10 Made a Pot of Soup and Cornbread

Although the ground outside is STILL bare of snowflakes I was in the mood for some winter fare. The Mexican Chicken soup is an old standby,but the corn bread is my true accomplishment of the day.Made from scratch and gluten free I was expecting it to crumble at first touch of the knife.As you can see, however, it truly held its own.Tastes good too!
