 Remember that fabric flower I made the other day?

Well....I made some more!

 

 I'm trying them out as adornments for a batch of name tags I've got in the works.

 

Once that ships out, however, I'm going to have to come up with something else to do with them simply because they are so much fun to make!!!

Made My Garden Grow

 A few days of sunshine has done wonders with the garden. So many of my favorites are starting to show their faces...Lady's  Mantle, lavender, daisies, and of course the fairy roses!

With several days of rain once again in the forecast I grabbed up a handful for an impromptu bouquet before the deluge arrives and leaves them worse for wear.

Made Me Remember.....

. . . . .oh how much I love Forget-me-nots!

So how could I not make up a bouquet. . . . .

. . . . .or two, for my desk?



Made a Mini Bouquet

Happy Easter!

Seems it's destined to be one to remember for quite a few years to come. . . . . .the egg dye has worked it's magic on the rug this year. Compliments of yours truly. I was trying to dye the dog's ears pink and. . . . .just don't ask! What I'd would like to ask is why in the world is it so hard to get the eggs to achieve that "vibrant" color claimed on the box and yet the rug nearly glows?!!! By all rights today's post should have read "Made a Mess" but I thought a few grape hyacinths would be easier on the eyes!

En route to the bus stop this morning I happened to spy a few wee blossoms poking their heads up through last year's leaves.
