In the past month we have successfully navigated our way through Father's Day, the end of school, the 4th of July, four family birthdays, and two kid parties. My mom's birthday yesterday is usually the last of our family's hoopla marathon and traditionally marks the beginning of those long lazy days of summer we all look forward to. So today after making up a few little goodies and setting the house in order, I spent a leisurely afternoon in front of the fan with day book and pen in hand trying very hard to plan not much of anything!!!
