I was only suppose to pick up a gallon of milk but I couldn't help myself. I hadn't been there in ages and I always find such good treasures....like the time I found my sewing chair. Do you remember that? Today I came home with a black hoodie that is nice and soft and worn in just right. I should have taken a picture of it before I tossed it in with the wash but I didn't. So I'll show you these instead, if you don't mind the blurry picture that is.....
My very first pair of high top sneakers! They were a special birthday gift from child #3 who has a pair just like them himself. He wanted us to match, which we did until it decided to get chilly outside. Since then, every morning on our way to the bus stop he wears his black hoodie and I've been wearing dear hubby's gray one. But not anymore!!! Won't he be surprised and won't hubby be happy to have his back?!!
Too cool.
ReplyDeleteYeah that's what my youngest thinks too....at least for the time being! With the preteen years right around the corner, however, I have no doubt my days of being "cool" are numbered. Oh well, might as well enjoy the fun while it lasts.
