Looks terrific. I have never made a Dundee cake, I may have to try one.
Oh I hope you do! Even though it looks like a fruitcake it actually tastes as if your eating a sugar cookie. I make a gluten free version for the family and even though it's a bit crumbly it is always eatten with relish!
