I know just what you mean, I'm attempting to carve my first ever Hitty..... and just slipped with the knife and removed half her poor nose. Cup of tea break, as Suzanne says, is very much required when things go wrong!

We all have days like that. Fortunately they don't often last more than a day or so. Hope things are going better now!
