Fall Feast

 The first snowflake fell...
 
 ...and inspired a heavy dose of seasonal reading.
 
 Nothing better than Gladys Taber to have me heating up the oven for some homemade breads.
 
 Or a little Susan Branch to encourage me to dice up some goodies to simmer.
 
 Our own family favorite soon follows with some slicing,
 
 seasoning,
 
 and a spell in the broiler.

    Natalie Jo....If you don't mind can you please share your recipe for your garlic? It looks oh so delish! How were your Thanksgiving holidays? I made some of Susan Branch's cranberry relish. I will have to try the soup recipe...looks so warm and cozy!
